Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 2025 · Limited Beta
1. Overview
Hyperpredict ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights with respect to that information when you use the Platform.
2. Information We Collect
During the Beta phase, we may collect: your email address (provided voluntarily during registration), your public wallet address (when connected), and basic usage analytics such as page views and interaction patterns. We do not collect your name, phone number, or government-issued identification unless specifically required for compliance purposes.
3. On-Chain Data
All transactions executed on Hyperpredict are recorded on the Hyperliquid L1 blockchain. Blockchain data is public and immutable by nature. Hyperpredict does not control, and cannot alter or delete, any on-chain records. Your wallet address and transaction history are publicly visible on-chain.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to operate and improve the Platform, communicate Beta updates and access status, monitor for fraudulent or abusive activity, and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Cookies and Analytics
We may use minimal, privacy-respecting analytics to understand how users interact with the Platform. No third-party advertising cookies are used. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect certain functionality.
6. Data Retention
We retain your email address and account data for as long as your account remains active or as required to fulfil legal obligations. You may request deletion of your off-chain data by contacting us. On-chain data cannot be deleted due to the immutable nature of blockchain technology.
7. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. During the Beta phase, the Platform may carry additional risks inherent to its experimental nature.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of the personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us via
X (Twitter).
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or Platform announcement. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
