The Platform is currently in a Limited Beta phase. Features may be incomplete, subject to change, or temporarily unavailable. By participating in the Beta, you acknowledge that the software is experimental and may contain bugs, errors, or unexpected behavior. Hyperpredict reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Beta at any time without notice.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, or a citizen or resident of, any jurisdiction where use of decentralized prediction markets is prohibited or restricted by applicable law. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with your local regulations.

Trading on prediction markets involves significant financial risk. You may lose all funds you deposit or trade with. Hyperpredict does not guarantee any returns, outcomes, or market availability. Smart contracts, while subject to internal testing, may contain vulnerabilities. You agree to only trade with funds you can afford to lose entirely.

Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All content is provided for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and should consult qualified professionals before making any financial decisions.

You agree not to use the Platform to engage in market manipulation, money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable laws. Automated bots or scrapers that interfere with Platform operations are prohibited. Violations may result in immediate termination of access without notice or recourse.

All content, design, and software comprising the Platform are the intellectual property of Hyperpredict and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hyperpredict shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including losses from trading activity, smart contract failures, or oracle errors.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or registered email where applicable.
